Booking, Payment and Boarding Policy (No Shipping)

Since Gabyll Sport Fishing Boat offers a sport fishing boat rental service and not the sale of physical products, a standard "Shipping Policy" does not apply. This section describes the confirmation process for your reserved service and the logistical obligations.

Confirmation and Payment

The confirmation of your fishing date is considered the "delivery" of our commitment to service.

• To guarantee your reservation, we require an initial deposit equivalent to 50% or 100% of the total cost of the excursion.

• This payment guarantees your date, regardless of the excursion service you choose.

• Non-Refundable: The initial deposit and/or the total payment made by the client are non-refundable under any circumstances. The only available option in the event of client cancellation is rescheduling to another date.

• If you make a 50% payment, the remaining balance must be paid in full before boarding the boat on the day of the excursion.

Service Logistics ("Boarding")

The service is "delivered" at the meeting point at the Zihuatanejo pier.

• Meeting Point and Time: You and your group must arrive at the Zihuatanejo pier 15 to 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time, according to the service you have purchased (4 to 7 hours).

• Maximum Capacity: The maximum passenger capacity is strictly 15 people for safety reasons.

• Services Included: Your service includes the rental of the Gaby II boat, the services of a Captain and crew, fuel, basic fishing equipment, and bait.
