Refund Policy

This policy is an excerpt from our Terms and Conditions (T&C) and governs the refund of payments made for our services.

Cancellation Requested by the Customer

The initial deposit, full payment, and any amount paid to secure a reservation are NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Cancellation by the client results in an operational person. Therefore, no monetary developments (refunds) are carried out under new circumstances of cancellation by the client. 

Only Review Available: Rescheduling If you cancel, you may move your reservation to another available date within two (2) important weeks of the original reservation date.

 

If rescheduling is requested with men 72 hours in advance, an administrative charge of 20% of the total value of the reservation may apply. 

No-Show: If you do not present at the agreed time, 100% of the amount paid is lost without the option to reschedule.

Cancellation by The Supplier will only occur due to:

Hazardous Weather Conditions: (At the Captain's sole discretion).

Unforeseen Mechanical Failures: That prevent departure or put safety at risk.

In these cases, the following conditions will apply:

Priority Option: The first option will always be to reschedule the excursion for a later business day.

Full Refund: In the event that it is not possible to reschedule the service, either due to the end of your period of stay in the area or due to the lack of available dates on our itinerary, a full refund (100%) of the amounts paid.
